The supermodel will take over from the current host Lisa Snowdon when the new episodes of "Britain's Next Top Model" airs in the summer on the cable channel Living.

The Australian model that is known as "The Body" will oversee the 25 wannabe fashion models as they battle to win a £1 million modelling contract with Models 1 and a cover spread in the fashion magazine "Company." MacPherson will follow in the steps of Sarah Murdoch, Jay Manuel and the creator of the show Tyra Banks as a host of one of the shows.

MacPherson has said this of the opportunity: "I am really enthusiastic and motivated to work with the team of Britain's Next Top Model...
