From celebrity-gossip.net: She’s always up for a high-profile shindig, and last night (November 17) Stephanie Pratt was spotted at the “America’s Next Top Model” finale party in Beverly Hills.The “Hills” hottie looked lovely as she arrived at the Julia Clancey-hosted event, held at Villa Blanca, sporting a silver cleavage-baring minidress with black studded heels.
Earlier in the evening, Miss Pratt was quite the social butterfly, stopping by the West Coast launch of the HeadCount Organization.
